Who Answers Your Call

When you reach out, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. This is a local business, not Icecolleagues Walk-In Tubs. The provider will be the one who visits your home, writes your quote and does the work.

Hours and availability differ from one provider to the next. Request a callback to check provider availability. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a timeframe.

What the Provider May Ask You

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider understand your project.

• What kind of bathroom do you have, and how big is it?
• Are you thinking about a tub, a shower or a conversion?
• Does anyone using it have mobility needs?
• Do you have a rough budget or timeline?

Photos can help. You do not need to know every answer yet.

Questions Worth Asking

Slow down, ask twice. These questions help you hire with confidence:

• Are you licensed and insured? A good answer is a clear yes, with paperwork you can see.
• Can I have the quote in writing? A good answer lists materials, labor and what is not included.
• Who will be in my home? A good answer names the crew type and the plan.
• How long will it take? A good answer gives a range and explains what could change it.
• What happens if something goes wrong? A good answer explains the warranty in plain words.

Warning Signs

Be careful if a provider pushes you to sign today, asks for a large payment up front, or will not put things in writing. A good provider will not mind you taking time.

You Stay in Charge

Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. There is no obligation. You can compare quotes, ask for another visit or walk away.
