How Matching Works

You tell us about your project. It might be a walk-in tub, a walk-in shower or a tub-to-shower conversion. We then connect you with a local provider in our network who handles that kind of job.

You can also request a callback to check provider availability. Or you can send in the request form and wait for a reply.

What We Ask of Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Explain the steps and the timeline
• Answer questions without pressure
• Respect your home and your choices

Please note that each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance and workmanship. Ask to see them. Ask before you sign.

What We Do Not Do

How We Are Paid

The service is set up so that providers may pay for the referrals they receive. That does not change what you owe for the project. You still agree on the price directly with the provider, in writing. Compare more than one quote if you can.
